The CC-35-M magnetic force probe, developed by the SMI group of the MESA+ Institute for nanotechnology, has been specifically designed for high resolution magnetic imaging. The magnetic tip shape and high Q-factor enable imaging of magnetic features <25 nm. It is the ideal tool to image magnetic data storage media and heads.
